Charles E. Greer V is a lifelong Mississippian, being born in Hattiesburg on May 25, 1975. He attained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1997. While at Southern, Charles also attained his Masters in Business Administration in 2000. During his master’s program, Charles was President of the Graduate Business Association and was a member of the Business Student Advisory Council. Upon graduation from the MBA program, Charles enrolled in law school at Mississippi College School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. During law school, Charles was awarded “Best Paper” in Secured Transactions and was published with Mark Chinn in the Family Advocate, A practical journal by the ABA Family Law Section, Vol. 24, No. 3, Winter 2002 (Prenuptial Prerequisites: The 4 essential elements of an inviolable agreement). Charles was admitted to the Mississippi bar in 2003 and is currently licensed to practice law in all of the state and federal courts in Mississippi. Charles is with Greer Law Firm, PLLC, with offices in Hattiesburg and Ellisville, where he has a general practice, specializing in he areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, foreclosures, business law and estates.
In 2014, Charles was given an “AV – Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubble for his work in Real Estate Law. Charles currently serves as the Mississippi Director for the Southeast Land Title Association (formerly known as Dixie Land Title Association) and is on the Executive Committee for the Real Estate Section of the Mississippi Bar. Charles is also an affiliate member of the Hattiesburg Area of Realtors.
Charles speaks at seminars, both public and private, on topics that include curing title defects, title insurance issues, and the real estate closing process.
Charlie Maharrey is an associate with Greer Law Firm, PLLC. He practices primarily in the areas of wills, trusts, and estates, including planning and administration. He also practices in the areas of taxation and closely-held businesses. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi and is a proud member of the Mississippi Bar.
Charlie graduated cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law where he received his J.D. in May 2014. While attending law school, he was awarded both the Mississippi College School of Law Merit Scholarship and the Mli Press/Lenore Prather Scholarship for his academic achievements. He then enrolled in the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation in August 2015.
Charlie is a native of Oxford, Mississippi and currently resides in Hattiesburg with his wife Zoey.

R. Keith Ball is a native of Petal, Mississippi and a graduate of Petal High School. Mr. Ball earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with highest honors from the University of Southern Mississippi. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Mississippi School Of Law. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all state courts, U.S. District, and Fifth Circuit of Appeals.
